Garden Renovations and Makeovers

Gardens that have been neglected require an initial clean out, or garden renovation. This often involves pruning, tree work, weed control and removal of rubbish and waste. Soils may require cultivation and composting. Mulch is also added to slow and prevent weed re-infestation. Your garden can then be replanted for maximum impact with plants that can reduce maintenance.

Landscape Design

Neville Stewart Landscaping will provide you with an initial consultation and site visit to begin the design process.  From here the site is surveyed and plans to scale are presented as a draft for the clients consideration, this will include the major concepts of the design.  The next step involves formulation of final plans in detail working with the client the entire way.  Quotes, prices and estimates are then provided for consideration.  Projects can be 'staged' in order to work best with a clients budget.  Finally the design is implemented and contract management begins.

Contract Management

Contract management is the overseeing and implementing of the landscape design scheme.  This involves ongoing liason and communication with the client through to completion of the project.

Gardening Maintenance and Landscape Management

From backyard Pensioner flats, residential suburban homes to lifestyle blocks, developments and commercial properties, Neville Stewart Landscaping will visit gardens monthly, quarterly or upon request.  Regular maintenance reduces time and money spent as the landscape establishes and matures.
